Yesterday was my first official day minus the trainee tag. was suppose to work from 2-8pm but at bout 5 they told me if its alright to extend till 11pm cuz not enuff manpower. i said alright. later at 8 after my break they told me extend 1 more hour to 12am to do kids recovery n closing. i said yes without thinking of the consequences. HAHA.

         OK so looked at the schedule for the day and was freaking shocked n scared to see me doing cashier at reg9 on my very first day! wah die sia training time never really do the real thing cuz training mode some parts cant access. So made way to reg9 and with no time to breathe..first cust came! i completely blanked out! Lucky for me Maya was behind.she was the manager but quite baik ah. she say dont kanchiong just think. within the first 2 hours i asked sooooo many qns how to do tis and tis and had to do refund! i charged the cust wihout the discount so ya had to redo the whole thing.panic sia. 5 cahsiers there at my area lucky for me all were helpful and even assits me even tho they had customers. OHYA! I managed to sell i tink 2 or 3 membership! haha. damn sikit ah but not bad for first day. andddd shit also cuz i didnt give UOB members the discount cuz i totally forgot! hope they dont realise and come back. heh. hmmm ohya! then theres the rewards card...3rd book suppose to be 30% off but i told cust next time come back can claim the discount. WRONG SIA! hahahaha. shit shit. but later i found out bout this so next cust i gave the discount str8 away.

        I realised that the cust there are either chinese or tourist/non asian tt kind. no malays sia. only the staff. hahaha. OHYA theres this sweeet erm western girl who bought a magazine...woah! k enufff said later someone wld be upset w me. HAHA

i dont like when cust buy A LOT. then u must think for awhile n separate stuff eg.

she bought 3 for 2 books. she bought nrgp books. she bought books 20% off. she bought marked down book and some full price books.. she has the bounceback coupon. shes claiming the 30% off 3rd book. she is a UOB member and has the member card as well. ohya lets include mags there as well. WAH SIA!

ok so the 30% off I would have to apply to the most ex book. then marked down i would include in this transaction as well. THIS IS 1ST TRANSACTION. so ask cust pay first.

2ND transaction: put the 3 for 2..change price for the cheapest to free. next the 20% discount n change price for discount. include nrgp n te full price books. lastly apply the 14.5% discount for the total of this transaction cuz UOB plus Borders member. this one can use n not 1st transaction cuz first one cannot include addtnl discounts. then cust pay again.

Mags mayy have to be separate depending on the type she bought. so mayy have 3rd transaction. -__-

Lastly, with the full price books, give the stamps for rewards card and record dwon the receipt number into the paper cuz u gave the 30%.  Sounds easy? try doing la. when ure still blur on ur first day.

         So from 10-12pm i did recovery of books meaning putting books to their respective shelves. it was ok cuz i did the adult fiction part..then 11-12 i kena kids..LIKE OMG. warzone! the worst is the dora the explorer side! and the pic books. i cannot tahan redi...alot books i just anyhow put. HAHAHAH. left only at 1230. went to macs cuz they wan take away. watched manutd for 10min . cab home n reached like 1am. TIRED.

Hello. Went to Al-Majlis ytd to celebrate diyana's birthday. I didnt wanna come at first cuz apparently it seemed like an all-girls thingy but in the end i did came and Im sure i made the right choice. haha. After Imran n Asnu left i was the only guy sia. abit awkward but Rahman came soon after I managed to convince him to come. He had work the night before..so ya.

Anw no pics cuz i didnt take any. Alls inside Irras and Diyanas. yeap. Hope Diyana would like the book tho. Irra says she read what. hahaha. Bought a book from Nicholas Sparks..the best love author ever. haha! I wanted to buy dear john but it was out of stock due to the fact it is coming out in movies soon. Dear John is one of my fav books of all time so I had wanted to share it with Diyana but haiyaaaa no stock. Anw, Im sure message in a bottle would do just fine. despite it being an old story. ahha.

Picked up my hp today and 2 missed calls. I called them back. both were recruit express. Told them bout the miss call and they asked for my name. however later they say they dont noe whihc of the agent called me...so -_______-

BUT! Later on in the afternoon..i got a call. AND ALHAMDULILLAH cuz i got the BORDERS job! yay. Finally, after 1 month of finding job, a call saying i got it. I applied millions of admin job online thru agencies and what not but so far they are all remaining mum. stupid. went for the walk in interiview this past week. tot i wont get it cuz A LOT came for the borders interview. but i got it! heheh.

6.50 per hour. jadi ah. i need moneh bebeh.

                     

                     


It was very nice to see the guys once again during the chalet. Its been more or less one month since I ORD. Ohya, Joel is the one wearing red/pink. Without him, I wld have died sia under atok esp during my first few months in the med centre. ahaha. Anw, i need job pls.
